P. Peter Diavolitsis

Peter was born and raised in London, Ontario. He articled at Weaver Simmons LLP in 2004 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2005. Peter became a partner at Weaver Simmons LLP in 2009.
Peter is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Defence Lawyers and the Sudbury and District Law Association.
Peter’s practice is restricted to insurance defence and other civil litigation. He acts for insurers, individuals and businesses. His areas of practice include insurance defence, indemnification and coverage issues, professional liability, municipal, contractual and commercial actions. He has extensive trial experience and has appeared in all levels of the Ontario Courts.
