Ms. Sarrazin was born and raised in Coniston, Ontario and is a member of the Mattawa/North Bay Algonquin First Nation. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts at Laurentian University in 2015 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa’s Programme de common law en français in 2018.
Ms. Sarrazin completed her articles with Weaver, Simmons LLP and was called to the bar in 2019. She is now a partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Wills and Estates and Corporate/Commercial Department. Her practice, among other things, encompasses the drafting of Agreements of Purchase and Sale, advice relating to all aspects of the closure of real estate transactions, the review and preparation of mortgage and loan documentation, the review and preparation Commercial Leases, Asset and Share Purchase Agreements. In addition, she also assists clients with estate planning by drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney and assisting in submitting Applications for a Certificate of Appointment of Estate Trustee (Probate). She has worked on a variety of complex corporate, commercial, and real estate transactions.
She is fluently bilingual and can offer services in both official languages (French and English).
