Areas of Practice:
Jim has had many Trials as lead counsel, including many Jury Trials during his career. He has appeared mainly at the Trial level but also has appeared on the Appeal level, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He continues a very busy litigation practice as well as general advice and potential alternate solutions involving estate matters, real estate matters and other commercial disagreements principally in Northern Ontario.
