Scott is passionate about Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Mediation, and helping parties resolve their disputes through collaborative and meaningful, open discussions, outside of the court room. He possess a wealth of experience in mandatory and private mediations all over Ontario.
Having been called to the Bar of Ontario in February, 2002, he has extensive practice experience representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants, , in various areas of civil litigation at all levels of court other than the Supreme Court of Canada, so far. He has experience in various areas of law and actively seeks to expand his professional experience as Mediator.
