
Gabrielle C. Pellerin
Associate
Ms. Pellerin was born in Sudbury and is a member of the Mohawks of Kahnawake in the Province of Quebec. She obtained her Honours Bachelor of Arts with a Specialization in Indigenous Studies at Laurentian University in 2018. She then obtained her Juris Doctor in 2021 from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University. Ms. Pellerin completed her articles with Weaver, Simmons LLP and was called to the bar in March 2022. She is now an associate in the firm’s Family Law Department and Civil Litigation Department.
Ms. Pellerin focuses primarily her practice in the areas of parenting time, decision-making responsibility, separation, support, and child protection proceedings, assisting clients in Sudbury and Northern Ontario.
Ms. Pellerin is also a proud Franco-Ontarian and offers her legal services in both official languages.
