Mr. Sirois was born and raised in Sudbury, where he now resides with his wife and children. Mr. Sirois’ practice includes civil and commercial litigation in a number of areas. Mr. Sirois completed the French language Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa, and has argued matters before the Courts in both official languages. He has appeared before the Financial Services Commission, Ontario Court of Justice, Divisional Court, Court of Appeal for Ontario and Federal Court. As an alternative to the litigation process, Mr. Sirois has participated and resolved matter by means of Collaborative law, mediation and arbitration.
