Mr. Sirois has recently been successful defending a Human Rights action and also successful in obtaining Judgment for his clients!

In two recent decisions, Mr. Sirois has been successful in representing his clients!

In the first case, a Human Rights decision Mishibinijima v. 1468680 Ontario Limited, Mr. Sirois defended his client against allegations of discrimination that led to the Applicant’s termination. The Application was dismissed with a finding that the Applicant’s race, colour or ancestry was not a factor in the decision to terminate his employment. In the second case, Mr. Sirois successfully sued the Defendant for breaching their contract with his client. Justice Hennessey granted judgment in favour of his client in the amount of $117,461.49. You can find the full text of the decision here.
