The plaintiffs, in the case of Gladu v Robineau, 2017 ONSC 37 (CanLII), represented by Mr. Huneault, sought judgment against the defendants for damages suffered by them as a result of alleged deceit, misrepresentation and breach of duty of disclosure.
The property located at 650 Chemin Lac Deux Milles in Sturgeon Falls, Ontario was sold to the plaintiffs by the defendant vendors on October 15, 2009.
A trial was held on December 2, 2016, and Justice Gauthier, in her reasons, granted the Plaintiffs judgment in the amount of $47,758.17 and costs in the amount of $91,108.40.
